All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, including handmade bath, body, skin, and hair care items, all sales are final.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preferences, or products that have been opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aphiemibeauty.com.

To help us resolve your concern promptly, please provide:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the affected product and its packaging

We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund, when appropriate

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Requests submitted after the 7-day reporting period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when a refund is required by law or the issue resulted from an error on our part.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated if your order has not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
